Seminars

The monthly workshops are based on the Feldenkrais Method and the principles of neuroplasticity, approaching learning through movement as a dynamic process of reorganizing the nervous system.

Movement pattern training becomes a means of connecting with oneself, time, the environment, and action.

Topic areas

The thematic units are specific and structured—such as walking, breathing, and rhythm—allowing for a deeper exploration of the fundamental functions of human movement.

Open group

The seminars function as an open group process, with both regular and new members, that evolves through connection, deepening, and the continuity of the experience.

Approach

The approach is experiential and personalized, promoting relief from pain and the development of greater awareness, adaptability, and freedom of action.
